Family Game Night

The game pieces are Blue(Felicia), Red(Jeremy) and Purple(Caitlyn)...

Jeremy said, "we should play with all primary colors" and I said, "but Blue and Red make Purple". Jeremy said, "that's ironic Blue and Red make Purple and me and mommy made you (to Caitlyn)".

We thought that was funny and so true. See how when you put two great colors together you get an even more beautiful color.

I just love spending time with the family playing games and talking together. It is some really special time to all of us.

My Birthday!!!

This year I am 33. I had a really great birthday. We went to Paraiso for lunch and came back to my house and played games. John, Joy, Bill, Karen, Shaley and Missy even came up from Oregon just for the day and of course Jeremy, Caitlyn and Evan were there too.

The Logo Game. It is so much fun. Lots of trivia. Jeremy is the Grand Master (that's what he calls himself anyway).

I got a calculator (mine just died and it was from when I was in high school) and I got a mini organizer. I also got an Amazon gift card, Michael's gift card, lots of flash drives (for all my pics), snow shovel and oddly enough I got a toilet seat (apparently I needed a new one).

 

An extra special gift from one of my best friends Cheri. A collection of Studio Calico scrapbooking stuff and sweetheart candies my favorite.

I had a really great day. Thanks to all my friends and family.

Project Life

This box is huge. It is big enough for a microwave but that is what my project life stuff came in. Evan can fit in the box with the lid closed and still have room.

All I got was one small box and a pack of 12X12 paper. I think they could have saved a tree with this one.

This is so random

So I thought since there is always a theme to the blog today there would not be. It is just a random few days of things to do.

First these crazy's had crazy hair/hats/bull horns??

Then the Dragon Happy Napper needed a pirate hat? Okay whats next.

Jumping. Evan is complaining that his knee hurts today. I wonder why.

Another Day of Snow: see what we did

ANOTHER DAY OF SNOW

Played in the snow. We collected icicles and Cailtyn and Evan had a shop where they were engraving snow.

Took our walk around the block and by the park.

It was a little too sweet for our taste. Maybe less sugar would have been good. But is was fun and worth trying.

More Snow Days

01/17/2012 Grandma Karen stayed home with the kids today. Mommy and Daddy had to work. They played in the snow and made 3 huge snowballs and a snowchair for Evan. They had fun.

Superman came to save the day and shoveled the driveway. Our superhero!

Grandma Karen watched the kids again today. She took them on a walk thru the snow to Alfy's Pizza. They played games and ate pizza. There was even some left over for my dinner!!

The lights were flickering so got out our headlights. They are really nice lights we got from Grandpa John for Christmas. Thankfully we have not had to use them yet.

Snow Day

It was a fun snow day. We stayed inside the house for most of the day. We did get outside this afternoon and evening for some fun.
